Window Blind Repair

Is it difficult to repair a venetion window blind (one of a set) where the lifting string has frayed and needs replacing. Shops are only willing to sell you a new one but can be costly.

Not so difficult, just very fiddly!
Aren't there any blind repairmen in your area. No pun intended. In nz hou can find mobile repair people who come and restring Venetian blinds in your home. I would check yellow pages or so etching like that.

Yes Brinjal I have done that. Also blind sellers are not interested in repair only want to sell you a new one. The best help available was to look at U-tube where they give some good info.
