Oiling Beech Worktops

What is the best make of wood oil to buy for fresh untreated beech wood worktops? I got a stain on mine and plained it off, now the wood oil I have (Ikea) doesn't seem to sink in to the untreated wood.

There is stuff known as 'Danish Oil' which is supposed to be good for keeping wood looking nice. I have never used it.

I agree with Danish Oil......... or Finishing Oil.
Liberon is possibly the best known brand. Or Rustins
