Impatiens are low maintenance flowers and desirable for that reason.  Just water, plenty of sun and if you wish for an extended blooming season, dead-head the blooms when they begin to wilt.  A little (very little) fertilizer at mid season won't hurt... enjoy!
I  don't know - they are horrible plants and therefore very difficult to care about.
