Morning Woods, smile. Moss & lichen grow so close to their host plant that stems are not easily visible.

Hello Woodelf, I very much doubt there are any with transparent stems as of course the stem is needed to have tissue to convey fluids and store nutrients for the plant itself.
There may be some aquatic plants that are more transparent? Mamya (smile) xxx |

Things like mustard and cress are kind of see-through, but if you were given it to eat, it's still visible - smile.

While there might not be any plants with transparent stems, there are some with translucent stems. Dripwort comes to mind.
