Gloss paint on patio paving - HELP!

I have recently discovered some gloss paint has been spilt which was being stored in my sons plastic wendy-house! The paint has gone all over the patio paving and has dried - anyone know whats best to get this gloss paint of the patio paving??

tgm - approx how large an area has the paint spread over the patio?

Approximately the size of a 42" TV, so not little but not too big. Its all contained with a kids hard plastic Tiny Tikes playhouse! Im not sure a pressure washer will completely shift it as rather think!

tgm - assuming it has dried now - lol. Would initially take off as much as you can with a wallpaper scraper - then jet wash or scrub with detergent - if you use any sort of solvent the paint will be absorbed into slabs - assuming it is just concrete slabs and not natural stone.
