update.. quick house sell

hi all, just thought would let ya all kno that i went the quick sell property route to sell my house and it was brilliant, completed today after only 2 weeks!
got 80k for my house, was valued at 115k but we needed to sell quick to avoid repo.
the company access property developments were fantastic, professional and i would recomend them to anyone who wants to sell fast.
Got my cottage in west sussex waiting!!! and all is well xxx

moving house - credit checks???

Refused help form the government to buy my first home...what can i do now

Since there was about �20k to be made for a relatively small amount of work (assuming the house is sold on at �100k quickly), I'm sure you were well-supported.
As long as you are happy with the outcome, that's fine.

i am happy, my house wasnt repossessed, and i have money to pay off my debts, the house was bought to rent out, when house prices go up then he will make a nice tidy profit! im just glad that we can move on now, and start a new life xxx
