What price are affordable homes in Essex to buy outright?

Question 1:
Are you referring to 'affordable housing schemes' or simply using the term 'affordable homes' to refer to properties at the cheaper end of the market? (If it's the former you can't buy outright anyway: http://www.currell.com/affordable-homes/info/what-is-affordable-housing-shared-ownership )

Question 2:
Whereabouts in Essex? You can buy a 2-bedroom property in Jaywick for £60,000 but you'd have to pay four times that price in Coggeshall and then double that again for Ingatestone.
looks like the longer the name, the bigger the price, then?
