I have bought a 100% Wool rug for my living room, the problem is that as i have laminate flooring, i am forever sweeping up the loose fluff balls, they're bloody everywhere!!!!!! Can anyone tell me of a way to stop my rug from malting so much???

I presume you mean moulting ?
Mine does the same. I just give it a good shake outside every morning. When I hoover the rest of the living room though, the hoover gets bunged up with all the wool from the rug even though you can't see it on the carpet.

The more you walk on it, the better it will be. This causes the fibers to eventually become more matted together.

With BOO - I thougt it read "My mating rug" ---- although something is producing little baby balls of fluff!!!

Have you tried the traditional remedy for shedding fur coats? put it in the freezer! not sure how long for or how it is supposed to work but it could be worth a try. Bag it in a vacuum space saver bag first 'cos you don't want furry fish fingers, yuck! lol.
