Damp/Mildew Walls

I decorated my bedroom 2 years ago. The condition of the room is excellent apart from one corner of the room which has gone black on the wallpaper due to damp.
I did treat the walls to a painted on damp proof before I papered but it has just started to go black.
Is there anything on the market which I can paint onto wallpaper to stop it getting worse. I don't want to just repaint that area as I know it wont help.
I need something to hide the black mildew as well as treat it (even if it only last another year)

As mentioned here:

You need to treat the source of the damp otherwise it'll keep coming back no matter how much damp proofing you apply.

Leaking roof? Damaged exterior wall?
Oops seem to be good at forgotting to mention something:

Leaking interior pipe?

It's all worth checking to remedy the problem. Keep applying damp proof and you're temporarily masking the problem.
To add to the above reply - read this article it may help you to determine whether it is a damp or condensation problem

Thankyou for your answers.
I really beleive that it is a condensation problem. It is the room where my wife does the ironing and the mould is in the corner (A good condensation trap)
I've read the links and got some good advice.
Thanks again
