Laurel hedging

Have just planted about 4 weeks ago 25 laurels about 1 foot in height and I noticed yesterday that they are a little yellowey in colour, have watered them every 3 days as per date sheet that came with them.

Is this a normal colour or are they just establishing themselves etc?

Should I water more often?

Any help would be much appreciated

probably find they will shoot out soon. If they were in small pots they could have been dry when planted(you should plunge in water before planting).
There is 'watering' and 'watering' a slow trickle is far better than a quick blast which can 'cap' the surface. Your hedge will be hungry and thirsty for a good few years, so invest in some seep hose so you can plug in your hose and get your feet up.
