Getting rid of daisy's

Hi

My front and back lawn have lots of daisy's, does anyone know of a fool proof way of getting rid of them? I have a dog so it needs to be in a dog friendly way.

Thanks

Nothing really except digging them out and making sure you get all the roots. I wouldn't put any kind of weed killer on my garden where any animals might have the use of. Your choice of course. But what's wrong with daisies, we have loads of them, they're beautiful, and I look forward to them flowering each year.
I go along with Schutzengel, daisies are so pretty and a lot nicer to look at than just a plain piece of green and much better than having a lawn full of dandelions...
