We have a large old weeping fig which suffered when our boiler broke down during a cold snap and subsequently dropped a lot of leave.

It did survive and there are new leaves growing but it is looking very sparse, can I prune it back especially those twigs which haven't any leaves on at present?

Thanks for any guidance,

Simon

Yes, should be fine....you might want to put an old towel down as they exude lots of white, latex sap.
