Can Anyone Identify These Fruits For Me, Please?

They are on a tree which is growing over from the next door neighbours' house. They are about the size of a large cherry and are becoming more yellow as time goes on. Are they just yellow cherries?

They look like 'Mirabelle' plums to me.
