Which Annual Climbers should I be growing to be able to have sprays of flowers in the summer, (not Sweet peas) ...I'm thinking of covering Gazebo posts ...it's packed away for winter so no perennials.
There are 6 posts and it's in a west facing garden but they would be in pots just trained up the posts.
Any ideas welcome . Thanks.

Thunbergia, Rhodochiton ectc don't really get to the height needed so it's down to morning glory, maybe some of the nasturtiums or even Canary creeper or try Mina lobata

Convolvulus, aka Morning Glory springs to mind. Quick growing, comes in a range of colours and has plenty of blooms.
I second the Morning Glory, I may also like to consider Thunbergia aka Black Eyed Susan.

Or even Runner beans ???
Yes, Mina lobata aka Spanish fig is another good suggestion and good value, should be able to pick up a packet of seeds for under £3.00 although in my experience its less vigorous and spreading as Thunbergia.
Hi megfitz,
I was reminded of your question the other day, while I was passing the seed racks in Sainsbury's.
They have mixed, climbing annuals for about £2.05 a packet, by Johnsons Seeds, and I couldn't see any sweet peas among them.
Just thought it might be worth checking out.
