I have planted some runner beans in containers. There are four in a large container and two in a smaller one and I notice the ones in the larger one have a paler colour leaf and are not growing as well as the ones in the smaller tub. Does anyone know why this is and if it means they will be unsuccessful? I haven't fed any of them yet as am not sure which feed to use. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Paler colour leaves usually are sign of over watering. Make sure your container has decent drainage.
