NEWLY RENDERED

Come the better weather i shall be painting the outside of the house, it was newly rendered last year. my Q is do i need to seal it before i do this, and if so what with. thanks Will.

No, just give it a good brush with a stiff broom first to remove any dust & bits, and use something like Dulux Weathershield paint
Hi, you may need to thin the first coat of exterior emulsion. Otherwise it may not take properly and if it dries in too quickly you will find it very hard to paint. I would also use Dulux Weathershield as it's a better quality than a lot of the stuff on the market and covers better. This means fewer coats usually so costs less in the end.
