Ferroli Modena 80 E

I have moved into a new flat which has a Ferroli Modena 80E combi boiler but there are no instructions on how to set the timer. Can anyone shed any light?

Does anyone have any idea on how to set the "Domestic Hot Water" down? And I don't mean the switcher outside the boiler. It should be an screw inside, but I have no idea where it is. Hot water is getting dangerously hot at home in the last weeks. Thanks in advance!
