Has anyone any helpful hints as to how to replace new bars into a Halogen Fire?I have just bought 2 and one is defective with a broken bar and supplier advised me to check it by removing the grill to see if I could just put the bar back on. (unfortunately it is broken), but I am incapable of doing that due to physical problems but a friend has just tried for me and it seems to be a nightmare of a job! I ave asked for a replacement fire and am awaiting their response.
