Is this non-load bearing concrete beam actually the door-opening lintol?

Because if it is, there *will* be a load transferred onto it from the roof.
It does sound as though it is a door lintol. Put a straight-edge up to it to see if there's any serious deflection (bowing down.)
If it doesn't need replacing, then make up your own filler. Prime the lintol with 5:1 water:PVA. Knock up a strong sand & cement mix (approx 2:1 or 3:1 sand:cement)
Use 3:1 water:PVA for the mixing water. Mix into a paste.
