Watching Royal Ascot on TV this week, the Earl of Usk was in one of the carriages in the procession. What is his connection to the Queen? Is he the son of one of the current Dukes?

Thank you Mr Veritas - no it definitely wasn't the Earl of Wessex. Possibly I misheard and it was the Earl of Ulster - he looked a youngish (to me) man. Perhap he isn't related. I probably need an Ascot going person with this info to help me?
Well, the Earl of Ulster was born in 1974,so is approx 35,does that help?
