I'd put Crooms Hill to the west of Greenwich Park in as a contender for steepest. I used to have to push my bike up ...and I had to have a rest while doing that!

widest would have to be x-cross is sort or area... maybe somwhere near park lane...????? erm , or erm dont know.....
