Try asking on Quora which is a US site similar to AB . Very few if any on here will have the knowledge to answer this question.
Even I don't...it's been too long since I studied American history.
you will have had course work
looking at white farming reconstruction (post 1865)
and black farmer ( who almost certainly wouldnt be owners)

so you need to sum up both ( a pragraph on each )
and then draw conclusions

such as - if the evidence allows - white were owners - had large farms - employed labour and did well ( out of reconstruction )

africans were small holders - much smaller farms - hand to mouth existence - laboured themselves didnt do well and starved, dispersal into cities as cheap labour - so there was change ( migration to the cities) but they didnt do as well.

so re read your source texts and see if any or all of this is true and rewrite to taste
