Deleting Browsing History

I have been on the setting for my desk top (Windows 10) to delete my history on exit, but for some reason, when I click on Google, I find search enquiries I haven't made.

Nothing dodgy, but definitely requests for info that I have not entered.

Can anyone help me out with this please?
