An English Saint George
Prince Henry son and heir of James 1 predeceased his father and the next in line became Charles 1. Many years ago I read an 'in memoriam' in a newspaper stating that this prince Henry was also known as Saint George. Now I cannot find any reference joining these two. Does anyone out there have any knowledge of this story?

never heard of that one, but this from Wikipedia suggests the reference may not have been entirely approving

Henry listened humbly, attentively, and regularly to the sermons preached to his household, and once told his chaplain, Richard Milbourne, that he esteemed most the preachers whose attitude suggested, "Sir, you must hear me diligently: you must have a care to observe what I say."
