Scotland Ancestry?

Does anyone have access to Scottish Ancestry.
I have the UK one, but believe my Aunt Francis Gowans, [or Gowan] nee Phillipson, lived and perhaps passed away living in Scotland more than likely Glasgow.

She was born in Carlisle 1908. Father Joseph Henry Phillipson Mother Jane Williamson.

Not sure if you can view this link without ancestry membership - but someone does have a Francis Phillipson born in 1908 (but in Carlisle) and there is a photo on Franis - if it's the same person, she is living with her parents (father IS Joseph) and siblings in Carlisle in 1911:

The address is Rayson Court South John Street and the father is a labourer (carter) for a coal agent. Is this them? Could they have moved to Glasgow later?
