This is the 1911 census entry for the Weatherill family showing the twins Horace and Leslie as being born in 1909.
When I looked for their birth entries they are registered in Q2 1915 in Camberwell.
Could they just have been extremely late registering the births?

They were both registered in the March Quarter 1909 in Camberwell Volume 1d Page 905 on FMP
sounds like a transcription error though saying that, if the father was omitted on the originakl registration because he was not married to the mother and she registetred them alone, then they may have been re-registered after their parents married which would create a second entry possibly. Though if they are registered as weatherill in the 1909 entry that seems an unlikely scenario, unless they are registered under the mothers maiden name aswell as the fathers, was francis married before and the 3 oldest kids maybe had a different surname at the time of their birth?
