wii - trauma centre second opinion

Just started playing trauma centre second opinion on the Nintendo Wii but i'm now stuck on the 'i want to live' op in episode 2. is anyone willing to share how to get rid of the blue 'beastie' things in her body. i can laser the first but i can't get at the rest. be very grateful indeed if someone could help
