PSP 3.90 update via PSP internet

i have a problem that everytime i try to download the software update via psp wlan it keeps on downloading software 2.30, which seems old as on the psp website on my computer, it says the latest software is 3.90? i think my psp browser is a bit old aswell because everytime i go on the psp website there are only 5 avalible downloads, surely thats not right?

You can download the latest bios on the PC and then upload it to the PSP. Try this link.
