PC game called Contraptions

I am playing this game however I have got to Expert Level, Number 16 which is named Lasermania.
What a mess!
I have looked up cheats but they aren't making much sense to me. Can anyone suggest a way to avoid or bypass this level?
(It is driving me crazy so all help is welcomed!)
