SD cards as Wii memory cards

As it is possible to save game data from the Wii across to an SD card is it possible to play these games DIRECTLY from the SD card? If so how?

pug100		(Sun 19:22 04/Nov/07) Yes you can save game data onto an sd card. The saved info is only stuff like which game, score and which level you're on - it doesn't save the entire game, you will still need the game disc to play from the stored data.
