There's a diploma on the screen covering up the game !! HELP how do I get it to go away ?

Have you tried the usual ways of getting rid of an unwanted overlay on a screen? i.e. looking for a 'close' button (or 'X') in the corner of the diploma, right-clicking on the diploma and looking for a 'close' option or pressing F5 to refresh the screen?
