the sims castaway stories

I have completed the sims castaway stories, but right at the end the camera panned onto a new green arrow on the beach which wasnt there before, but for some reason it wont let me click on it...Has that arrow appeared just to let me know it was complete, or is there someting i havnt done yet...thnx
