Game running after being closed down.

When I come out of a certain game (sunset studio deluxe) then some else wants to play it it says there is already an instance of the game running but there isn't. Can any one explain this? I have to restart my pc to start the game again. Cheers in advance.

Obviously the game isn't shutting itself down properly. To save having to restart your computer each time you can press Ctrl, Alt and Del. Choose Task Manager and under the Applications tab you may see the game, select it and choose End Task.

If there's nothing there look under the processes tab and search through there for the .exe file and end the process. Doing that should mean you don't have to restart the computer
