Hi I bought some mince and put it straight into the fridge, but forgot it, until today . My husband has frozen it now but I am not sure if I should use it. Can I have some advise please. many thanks

Absolutely right - defrost it and smell it, you will know if it's off!!!!

Do you mean mince, as in mince pies or mince as in minced meat??

bin it, by its very texture it goes off very rapidly, a beef joint may have slightly 'off' bits trimmed away in some cases, but mince is a totally different matter.
