What heat and how long for a pasta bake with mozarella cheese?

If you've already cooked the pasta, just long enough for the cheese to melt and brown. Maybe cook at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes

It was an utter failure! I wish I had read your post last night.
I cooked the pasta, (fusili) and put it in the dish, covered with chopped tinned tomatoes Jamie Oliver style on the Sainsbury advert, then put the cheese on. I baked it at 190 degrees but left it in for too long, and the cheese went like brown cardboard. I've got to scrape it out and clean the dish this morning!
Nevermind Theland...that's what cooking's all about! Trial and error! Bet it will be spot on next time.
