Gingerbread Men

son phoned me from work to see if I could help him make gingerbread men(it's for charity)any good recipes appreciated,also what else could he make.i was thinking maybe peanut cookies.what do you think

Banoffee is very easy made and you could cut it in slices.

never made banoffee before,i'll google it and see if I have the stuff

melt butter
pour over crushed digestive biscuits
put into fridge to harden
when ready - slice banana thinly over biscuits
pour caramel over that
whipped cream on top of that
and a little flake crumbed - there ya go - Ummmmmmm - enjoy

I'd be wary of peanut cookies, very nice but so many people have peanut allergies
