Coconut Chocolate Cheesecake

2or 3 weeks ago there was a recipe in the times for little coconut baskets filled with a chocolate cheesecake with raspberries. I made them and they were lush, but I've lost the recipe and can't find it online. I wanted to make them tomorrow for my Mums birthday. Can anyone please help?

The baskets were made in a muffin case lined with baking parchment.

is this similar? you can substitute the strawbs for raspberries and the goats cheese for cow
