mango,banana,nut muffins

got recipe in google and it says 'cups ' of everything,is it just the same cup i use for everything,and what size of cup ?
also preheat oven to 400f. degrees
please help as i have the mango and nuts all ready.thank you

As long as you use the same cup it will be fine. Just go for a normal cup - nothing huge or tiny..... 400f is gas mark 6 or 200 C

Next time you go to the poundshop or similar look out for a set of plastic measuring cups
