Canapes

I'm having a few girls over for drinks on Friday and want to serve some nibbles. Does anyone have any ideas for some quick canapes that I can make in advance.

baby plum tomatoes (insides scooped out) stuffed with pesto and topped with mozzarella on a stick
Slices of cucumber topped with roast duck, hoisin sauce and spring onion
buy some bread rounds or canape moulds and put in smoked salmon and then top with caviar or horseradish creme fraiche with finely chopped beetroot and chives
Slices of tandoori chicken (buy from supermarket) topped with mango and a tiny dollop of yoghurt.
Oh waitrose sell some quite nice "ready made" canapes. I can't resist the quails eggs with celery salt.
Chilli prawns
Figs wrapped in proscuitto
Mozzarella, basil and tomato skewers
