Oil instead of butter

Has anyone tried putting olive oil instead of butter in a breadmaker? If so I would be interested in the result!

grange .. was just reading a forum where a person used oil from a jar of sun dried tomatoes. Imagine ... using an oil infused with the taste of tomatoes or any infused oil that can be bought in the supermarket! I imagine that would be much tastier than using just plain oil!!! In fact .. you could experiment at home infusing oil to give your bread an edge!

Healthy Roast Potatoes?

Is there a healthy way of roasting potatoes? When I use olive oil or sunflower oil instead of butter or hard fat they do not become crisp.
