Bulgar Wheat

Evening folks. I've come across a packet of bulgar wheat. Cannot remember when I bought it or why. Any suggestions what I can do with it before I feed it to the birds?
Thanks a lot.

My hero! Yep plenty to go at there. Could be Moroccan chicken on the menu for Sunday, I also have a packet of dates that have been in the fridge for ages that can be used in the same recipe. Thanks again.
