does anyone have a recipe for champgne jelly please? Want to make them with berries in the bootom of the glasses

I'm glad i looked at the recipe and saw sparkling wine cos champagne in a jelly would be a sheer waste in my opinion.

Step two... drink the champagne
Step three...throw away the jelly

ummm champagne is a sparkling wine I agree but only from the champagne area and superior and dearer than just a sparkling wine from other regions.

I'm sure there are a few uses for the jelly after drinking the champagne that would be far more fun than simply throwing it away.

Yes I know.....I would recommend having a large glass of wine then trying the fizzy stuff....all starts to taste the same then...
