I have just made this for the second time,wow it looks so good. Doing a home made potato salad , various pickles and salad to go with it tonight.Oh,and tear and share garlic bread. Has anyone else ever made this?
Yeah....done it many times. You can also use dry cider or my favourite, ginger beer instead of coke. When cooked, take it out, cover the joint in mustard of your choice and then sprinkle with brown sugar. bake in a hot over for 20 mins to allow the sugar to caramelise....delicious.
