They certainly seem to work for me but that's all I can say. I have an Actimel every day and it seems to have helped with my digestive problems.

Thanks Craft - think I will give them a go but have been reading lots of info both for and against - guess it's just down to the individual at the end of the day - thanks for your help.

I also have an actimel most days for breakfast with cerial and I notice a difference when I don't eat them. I do think it's down to the individual as well but certainly I think they help.

Galaxy have also brought out there own Probiotic drink if you are more of a chocalatey person! I think I am going to be trying some of them! :-)
