I have a recipe which requires Barmouth Biscuits. As they are not made anymore, can anyone suggest a substitute? Thanks for your help in advance.

Fox's did do a substitute for a while - called "Sunbreaks", but they stopped making them last year.

Have you tried the French biscuits "Langue de Chat"? They are similar. They sometimes sell them in Waitrose.

I too have searched for these and can recommend ursula66's reply - Langue du chat - they're a bit narrower than Barmouth but the taste is as near as I've found. I've found them in House of Fraser food halls as well.
