what do you do with the following herbs i have been given some

sorrell
chirvill
saffron

any help would be apprechiated

If the sorrell leaves are fresh you can make slice them and make up an omelette. Sorrell soup is also nice. If you've got a pressure cooker in need of cleaning up, boiling the sorrell in it will bring it up a treat.
I don't know what Chirvill is.
Saffron is used to colour dishes especially rice and gives a slightly nutty flavour, a pinch will do the job.
