What's in the crepe?  I would probably pair it with a chilled dry white wine, but depends on what's inside.

Happy Sunday

It depends on whether your crepe is sweet or savoury,  If sweet, then a dessert wine, and if it is savoury, again, depends on what is inside, but I would probably go with a white wine as well.
