can i make banana bread..........

without eggs? I dont have any and dont fancy going to buy some. I have everything else though....

thanx mate, i have bananas which have split there skin and need using, so i instatnly thought of banana bread!

right it is in the oven fingers crossed, looks nice and i even ate the mixture! chucked a few extras in coco powder and a little honey to substitute for the vanilla.
