Potato Gratin Recipe

I once saw a potato dish made on TV. It was like a potato gratin, with sliced potatoes layered up in a baking tray and baked, but instead of a creamy sauce, the chef used chicken stock. Any idea what this dish is called, and a recipe would be even better.

Its boulangere potatoes, just put that in ure search engine,cos there is so many variations!!!!
