Why is it that organic milk has a reasonably longer shelf life than other milk (ie: homogenized/ fresh out of a cow)?

Who says so? Homegenised organic milk is on sale, as is ultrapasteurised (UHT) milk, organic and non-organic, which will last longest of all.
